Slide Show during Dinner (separate service
within package)--This
includes
an assortment of 100 images taken at the
engagement portrait session, rehearsal dinner
and/or wedding being seen on a 15 inch laptop
display and a slideshow will be viewed during
the reception. By renting a projector, we can
display the images on a white wall or the
ceiling over the dance floor while people are
dancing.
- CD
Digital Negatives--with all your photos.
(separate service within package). All
high resolution images are archived onto a
CD. These images are digitally edited,
cropped and colorized. These digital
negatives, like film negatives, can be taken to
most any photo lab for reprints-which gives you
complete control over your photos. Images
on CD will be 4X6 unless specified in size with
high resolution for the best image quality.

yours. But any travel or idle time during your
event, such as between your ceremony and/or
reception, is included in the coverage time.

Online Proofs within 72 hours from wedding date--Once
your photos have been posted to our website, you
can order prints immediately via our convenient
and easy-to-use online ordering system. If
you've chosen to share this information with
friends and family, they can also order photos
directly

Please Note:
All high resolution images are archived onto a CD.
These images are digitally edited, cropped and

As
soon as your images are online, please email us
your image preferences. Once we receive your
choice of images via email we can begin to process
your order. Your new prints will be shipped
to you via Priority Mail within 6 - 8 weeks.
We will email your tracking number to you.
Please Note: In
addition to the Destination Wedding Photography Package of
your choice, please add the following travel, food, and
lodging expenses. Your Grand Total will include
these expenses:
$500 Travel days 2 @ $250/day = $500
$225 Meals for 3 days @$75 = $225
(TBA at time of booking) Airline ticket
(TBA at time of booking) Lodging for two nights
(TBA at time of booking) Rental car 3 days
Actual travel expenses are billed "at cost" before the
wedding event.
The wedding photography fee plus travel, food, and lodging must be paid
30 days before departure date.
